When you spend Friday night and half of Saturday debugging a "server problem" that was caused by operator error two days ago, and them not owning up to it on the spot has just made the problem significantly worse.

Wow. How not to own mistakes. The only time I edited shared histories was because I mistakenly middle-clicked in a terminal and I had previously selected a (personal) text message.
Yeah, I think we've all pasted a password by accident before. This wasn't that.
