I *think* it was an Nth rediscovery, so technically nobody. Not sure though. The bug is so obvious a bunch of people have independently found it by now.

yeah, I'm wondering who rediscovered it and didn't talk to any of the 9000 people who already found it and agree to wait for the responsible disclosure window to end
