      irq_stat 0x40000001 is PORT_IRQ_TF_ERR. cmd a0 is PACKET. Is this an optical drive, some virtual control thing, or otherwise an ATAPI device of some sort? If so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

          bingo!! it was a PCIe card with a Marvell 88SE9230 chip. without silkscreen and with a heatsink glued on top of it so I forgot what it was
