My school had locked cmd and alike. But didnt lock regedit. So i simply deleted the policies lol. (They were restored next boot)

Policies usually refresh every 2 hours, but that still gives you more than enough time.

for some reason (sandboxing?) I can't get osascript to copy image files from anywhere but ~/Downloads so my screenshot-to-clipboard mpv keybind uses ~/Downloads as a tmpdir

Same experience with a Citrix client where taskmanager was blocked. Except that when connecting from a Mac, keyboard shortcut was not intercepted and taskmgr reachable. They fixed that. Then I found a link to “Command prompt” in default help file that launched cmd.exe directly:)
