Life has been great ever since I ditched the bumblebee and blob driver nonsense and switched to Nouveau. Not an option for newer cards, sadly. This is why Nvidia *still* deserves the finger.

I dunno if I take the same stance personally, as desktop-card-wise I still prefer them over AMD, but who knows if that's justified or how long it will last. Im fine with bumblebee tbh, integrated gfx is fine for just about anything I need to run.

Sure, I use integrated graphics 99% of the time. Then when I needed the discrete it was *always* broken with bumblebee. AMD's Linux (and open source) support is so much better it's not even funny. Nvidia have been dragging their feet for over a decade now.
