I had one like that which turned out to be due to the fact that the file's... questionable provenance included a line out-> line in recording during which a windows alert went off, in time with the song so it didn't sound completely wrong. Heard the original without... lightbulb.
Oh gawd I've got this one song that has a part that almost sounds like my IRC notification sound and it gets me *every* *time*.
