What's up with people calling the iBoot leak the "biggest leak in history"? Have people forgotten of when Windows NT/2000 leaked? Or when Half-Life 2 did? Come on, this is fun and all, but it's a bootloader. Any *serious* iOS researcher better have it fully reversed by now.
Yes, it makes finding bugs easy, but the platform is *old*. If after all this time the collective group of people trying to build jailbreaks haven't found some critical bug in iBoot, they've kind of collectively failed. It's not *that* much code.

The problem is that there is no collective. Everyone is on its own. And if you find something great, you certainly won’t publish it.
