From what I've heard, Nintendo changed the way that eShop downloads work so hopefully pirating Switch games would be less easy.
If you can run code at boot there is nothing they can really do to stop piracy.
Point taken. Because of piracy, does this mean that the BootROM exploit won't be released? Because I would love to see emulation, custom themes, and cool homebrew apps.
That's up to other people. I'm not actually involved in Switch hacking, just watching by the sidelines.
