No, just a barebones stage. But still, includes GCC and binutils (which Windows doesn't come with).

Last time (more than 10 years ago) I recompiled a full gentoo it took one night... Consider disabling your AV while installing the Windows updates

Buy a faster SSD. A new build update takes maybe 15 mins and I only have a 950 PRO. A clean install barely takes 5 mins.
