The Spectre paper claims ARM is impacted but gives zero details beyond "initial testing has confirmed that ARM processors are impacted as well". WTF does that even mean? Which processors and which exploit scenario?
Hyperthreading is also very important for these attacks due to sharing execution resources, and yet it isn't being mentioned enough.

One thing I like about this bug is that it demonstrates how useless encrypted page tables are without being integrated in to kernels for people who don't read kernel-dev git repos or mailing lists..
