I would be very uncomfortable leaving HF around in a hackerspace, eventually someone will underappreciate just how insidiously corrosive it is. Maybe in a safe that only you have keys to. Maybe.
It's not a very trafficked hackerspace (something about being in the middle of nowhere, eh) but yes, the place doesn't even lock the front door but we'd definitely want this stuff in a locked cabinet.
