      before you ask: no, neither the fan nor the channel are spec'd for pumping chlorine but i treat them as a disposables running at a very low duty cycle so it's fine

      I didn't, never had a very good reason to (delayering ICs is interesting but I'd like to build a reactive ion etcher for that, it's more useful IMO) I would work with dilute HF given appropriate PPE and emergency preparedness, it's not *that* bad.

      Hypocalcemia, right? Part of the puzzle is knowing where to start researching required PPE and other safety requirements (e.g. should I stock calcium gluconate?)

          Thanks! I have a goal to build a small chem lab at Hackerfarm next year, because having a SEM is rather boring when you don't have anything interesting to stick in it. But my experience with chem is basically... chem 101 and 102 back in college.
