Oh, so you're hopping into the grafana hype train too. Care to share a short opinion about it? Nice dashboard btw.
It works great and can do pretty much any basic visualization with quite a bit of flexibility. I've been moving to Prometheus + Grafana everywhere (personal stuff, work stuff, volunteering stuff like this). Previously used Collectd + Graphite + Grafana but Prom is much nicer.
