I had one of my $1 patrons send a really nice message today saying they were not happy with Patreon, but specifically were NOT going to drop pledges. That was kinda nice and reassuring, I've been considering doing the same with those I donate to. Sad it has to happen though.
The really frustrating thing is not being able to vote with your wallet with Patreon, since that'd hurt creators. I'm not going to cancel any pledges, but I wish I could. Their handling of the fee situation is ridiculous.
