TIL: PCIe should support hot-plugging. @marcan42 have you used this functionality with your PCIe over wet string PS4/Bonaire efforts or were you cold rebooting. Might be relevant to x399/Vega GPU virtualization/reinit issues.
We did hotplug on the PC side (connected to Aeolia). That was part of the reason we used a certain Atom board (it was one of the few where this actually worked). Good for testing the FPGA side too.
