I had an extremely poor customer experience when I tried to get certs through them. I had to send them copies of my passports and still had certificates declined because they wanted a letter that was impossible for me to get. Weeks of work for nought.
I remember when I first got a cert from them they said I hadn't provided my complete contact details. What they meant was they looked it up on Google Maps, and it had the wrong info and pointed at a warehouse instead of the actual house.
