They can't actually do anything about HDCP strippers (which these splitters are). It's just funny how they actually ask people not to use them. I guess they know it's a thing.

What I meant is, maybe they're aware and they think HDCP is bullshit too, so they decided to indirectly tell users how to avoid it right in their website
