Safer using 140 Astrals. 10000-10FFFF gives 20*140 (2800). Very few singletons in there. Safer yet is 90000-10FFFF, all tweetable, no singletons, 19 bits * 140. Or you can use URL packing. Easy to fit 36K into web copy-pastable text, wrapped in code to extract data.
