The intermediate is the same for affected and unaffected certs; they need to do it individually. But that shouldn't be a problem.

Those actually came from crt.sh. Sorry, I haven't used DNIe on Linux in many years, I don't have any up to date info on how to do so. I had a copy of my (expired) certs from long ago lying around to check those.
