There it goes. My first power glitch in Tokyo since I moved here 3 years ago. Desktop rebooted. 100% power uptime is no more.

99.99% or 99.999%?
It was like 0.2 seconds (some things restarted, some didn't), so about 99.9999998% uptime.

possibly a brownout? I get one drop to 200V - 150V for 0.3s here in Sweden per month or so, the UPS lets me run stuff 24/7 and log the data.

Could be. It coincided with some (I think it was) thunder. Voltage is 100V here so there's no margin; it's the lower end of input range.
