You have no interrupts, so it could only be cooperatively scheduled. Even then, how would you switch stacks?
Yeah, I guess you'd have to implement a soft stack unless you can do some kind of coroutine thing.

Hmm, in theory you can play stack switching games with generators and a dispatcher, right?

Yeah, though I have not used ES6's generators enough to be confident that it'll work.
