The problem is these apparently were purchased through a reseller, so Yubico's replacement site rejects their serial numbers. :(

afaik it only affects key creation inside the card. So you could rewrite them with properly created keys using offline computer.

Yeah, though I'm not sure I trust the Windows machines these are usually used in with that... Might need to develop a secure process.
