Sigh, the amount of misinformation around KRACK is making me want to pull my hair out. "Stop using all WiFi! Never use public WiFi" *groan*
KRACK doesn't even let you "hack your wifi", at least not the way most people understand "hack your wifi" (get the password or connect).

If you can intercept personal data in your neighbor's wifi without knowing the password I think that falls into the hacking concept.
