interesting to note the dock won’t run on any power supply but nintendo’s. seems to be DRM’d to not work, even if enough power is present
Has anyone tested it with a third party 15V PD charger? It's what the Switch needs but an uncommon profile.

(this confusion is why USB-IF came up with hard rules for profiles, but the Switch doesn't follow that newer spec)

I’m using the PowerPort+ 5 which says it has a 15V/2A profile, but didn’t power the dock. Haven’t tried a dedicated 3rd party charger yet.
