Do you at least know what the fastest sequential access timing is? Does "1 waitstate" mean 16MHz or 8MHz?

From my reading of GBATEK, "1 waitstate" means 8MHz timing. Haven't actually tested though.

1 waitstate = 2 cycles, so 8MHz

That makes more sense. So 119ns access time (minus setup/hold/whatever).
