Lazyweb, do you have any experiences with open source CAs (beyond raw OpenSSL)? Something for medium business use w/sub-CAs, HSMs, 2fa, etc.

@marcan42 after he realises there is nothing decent out there... :P
I actually have a design for something in my mind that could easily became a CA too... But that's a longer term project :P
