Lazyweb, do you have any experiences with open source CAs (beyond raw OpenSSL)? Something for medium business use w/sub-CAs, HSMs, 2fa, etc.

It is; it's one of the options I need to look at (though I suspect its use case might be too narrow).

Well, TIL Boulder is based on CFSSL which was another one of my options. CFSSL might turn out to be a good choice.
