      Scapy is ridiculously slow. I tried that first and gave up. This performs much, much better.

      Seems fair, speed is not Scapy strength =) Yet, I am surprised that it can't be used to make a working PoC.

      I couldn't get it to hit 8GB of usage in my tests, the connections timed out before enough could pile up.

      I'm sure you could hack around until it worked well enough, but it makes a lot more sense to just ditch Scapy and go to C for a DoS tool.
