How are you doing the routing config? Some active protocol or static route with higher metric?
No routing games here. The RPi always routes out via the cell network and just bridges a VPN to our management VLAN.

Gotcha. I mistook you to mean that you were using the cell as a backup when main internet was down.

Not much point in that. However, I will set up multiple Prometheus instances so I can get alerts regardless of network status.
