That happened to me once at LHR, though. I lived near construction andd got a bunch of dirt/stuff on my shoes from it. LHR staff are A+ tho.
FRA staff thought my Anker portable battery was a bomb. Held me in a room with tester & armed guards until they decided to retest it (neg).

In PVG they only let you have two portable batteries per person.

Ugh. WTF. I thought it was only max two for large ones (>100Wh or whatever)
