I don't care if the thing is 400 pages, I want it all in *one place* instead of having to browse through an invariably poorly designed site.

My bank has a pdf that is one page of hyperlinks to other pdfs... might as well have these links on the web page itself

I like what Microchip does with datasheets: you have the option of a 1000 page pdf with everything, or many small pdfs one for each section.

Yeah, I miss their PIC datasheets (back when I thought PICs were a good idea). They were really good.
