Well I think you've been able to see what someone liked for a long time now... but you had to explicitly click to the liked list.

The problem is newly liked stuff randomly gets broadcast as if it were RTed for some reason.

On Facebook, if I like or respond to anything marked "public", no matter how obscure, it tops the feed of basically anyone I've ever met.
