Well I think you've been able to see what someone liked for a long time now... but you had to explicitly click to the liked list.

The problem is newly liked stuff randomly gets broadcast as if it were RTed for some reason.

Tap the down arrow and select "I don't like this tweet" every time you come across it. It SHOULD stop showing it to you.
