You're talking to a 15-year KDE user here.
Forcing myself to use KDE on Wayland on my work laptop. My main remaining gripes are no primary selection and cannot change key repeat cfg.

FWIW, the
@gnome desktop works great with Wayland. At least on F25+. yes I know you're a KDE user. Still worth a go while KDE irons out bugs -
KDE doesn't have primary selection support on Wayland because
@gnome is using a nonstandard Wayland protocol for it instead of upstreaming. - Show replies
