I don't get why they're pointing at the hit rate though. If they'd just complain about overall bandwidth that'd make more sense.
It seems hilariously they are more tiered for network throughput than caching; probably short on storage
You'd think they'd just limit/quota that themselves though.. good websites should be like as close to 100% cacheable as possible.

they seem to be focusing *specifically* on how much data is cached/saved, which is more weird. cached data potentially saves them money..
