yeah i mean it *is* a lot of bandwidth, but the language and 20 day deadline before rate limiting is… a bit ugly
I don't get why they're pointing at the hit rate though. If they'd just complain about overall bandwidth that'd make more sense.

they seem to be focusing *specifically* on how much data is cached/saved, which is more weird. cached data potentially saves them money..
