I don't know if you've seen this guide but I suggest looking at it
http://support.3dverkstan.se/article/23-a-visual-ultimaker-troubleshooting-guide …
Based on it, you might be trying to go to fast
you might have a blockage in the printhead, lift it up and see if the material comes out straight or will it curl violently to a side
the material seems to be coming out really slowly even when I jack up the temperature to 240 and manually push it out o_O
dont raise pla temps over 220 it will burn and block the head even more.
there is a couple of ways you can clear PLA from the nozzle, one is to heat it up, let it cool a bit and then yank
yes, the idea is to get the input to fuze with the burnt stuff and then be still malleable enough to come out, but needs care in excecution
So I pulled it out and it looks like thispic.twitter.com/V3ObUhh4WC
Some PLA is weird and needs higher temps (I run mine at 240-250 sometimes), but it looks like you have a blockage or an issue w/feed.
I had issues like that with the legacy Ultimaker feed block until I upgraded to the newer spring one, and also cleaned my nozzle.
The "yank the filament out" method is what Ultimaker calls "atomic pull", you might find more info with that search term.
