I did; I read the whole thread, and conversed with some of the people involved, and saw some of the patches, and the reactions.

Good. Now:do you understand that the biggest issue is that people that lacks the skills is pushing cut+pasted changes and that's encouraged?

Actually what I see is patches actually getting some review (unlike grsec changes which, as I found out, are sometimes not tested).

That's totally untrue, we've been over it. If you actually had produced some code in your life, you'd understand.
