Why hasn't Python fixed its horrible, unintuitive datetime module and friends yet? I hate telling people that yes, Python sucks here :(
Surely hundreds of people have written sane datetime wrapper classes by now (like I have, several times), right?

i think every time i use python datetime i have to write some wrapper for it.

And of course half of them get it wrong. The popular http://arrow.readthedocs.io is broken around DST. http://pendulum.eustace.io might be OK.
