PSA: if you try to use your Nintendo Switch charger with another Type C device and it cuts off, it's your *device's* fault. Pulling >1.5A.

Do we know what, if any, Power Delivery spec the Switch charger meets?

The label says 5V/1.5A and 15V/2.6A. Type C-wise it advertises 1.5A. Not sure about PD negotiation, but the 5X sees Type C 1.5A.

My *guess* is it's a custom PD source that only advertises those two voltages (does not meet any standard PD profile, min 5V/2A)

That makes it PD compliant (profiles are optional) but perhaps not many sinks can take advantage of 15V mode.
