Exactly. I even renamed it to avoid confusion (reStyle) while giving full credit to the original.
The Stylish Chrome extension started snooping on users, so I tried to fork it (GPLv3) and @googlechrome says that's impersonation. WTF?

Chrome lets you install unsigned extensions in dev mode. This is about the Chrome Web Store. FWIW I use Chromium.
