@line_global@NAVER_LINE_en@LINEjp_official have some explaining to do regarding the security of their "end to end" encryption.
It seems my fingerprint *did* change, but the LINE client caches it in the UI until you force close the app, making it impossible to verify.

PSA: LINE not only doesn't warn you when a public key changes, it *shows the old fingerprint* until you force close the app.
