      How is a refund piracy? Refunds are a policy issue. It's up to the refunder to decide whether it's warranted or not.

      That's a platform problem, though. If Steam allowed the refund, and they think it's warranted, and their terms allow it...

      Put another way, it may be unfair and unwarranted, but equating it to piracy is wrong IMO.
