How is a refund piracy? Refunds are a policy issue. It's up to the refunder to decide whether it's warranted or not.

And believe me, I *loathe* horrible entitled justifications for piracy, but in no way is a refund comparable to piracy.

This is far worse than piracy. You're getting the product, officially, enjoying all the benefits of a paying customer, not paying.
