      honestly the only thing I can't stand not having is Google Search. No idea about GRE, I should try... openvpn over obfsproxy works.

      My personal services work fine, GitHub works, Wikipedia works, and I can live without 24x7 Twitter and random YouTubeing.

          Basically the GFW fails in that there are resources too invaluable for China to block wholesale, and they use HTTPS.
