I got a similar one a while back, parts turned up with an A4 sleeve containing printouts of the datasheets. A nice touch.

it's better to check DS online. Waste of paper if you consider the amount of chips produced. I am against this idea.

That's a silly argument. Obviously companies buying chips by the 10k reel aren't getting pinout printouts.
