      note that both e5-1630v3 and e5-1650v3 are "140w TDP" according to Intel's spec sheets. Not so much!

      @ToseNikolov @codinghorror 100C sounds excessive - powercapping is fine, but that sounds like overtemp throttling. If so, TDP is too low.
