      @Ainoko_Ironrose We can see a problem; there's massive packet loss between two of Tata's servers in Amsterdam (who're paid to reach TWC).

      @WikiNorn @Ainoko_Ironrose I think Tata is having severe issues. I see >90% loss between TV2-Tokyo and PDI-Palo-Alto.

          @marcan42 @Ainoko_Ironrose Essentially the situation I'm seeing; traffic hops from @LeaseWeb to #TATA Amsterdam and ~90% drops immediately.
