@SwissHttp All iPhones since the iPhone 3GS have used full disk encryption. Apple was defeating that security by extracting data.

@marcan42 Yes, but the old extraction did not decrypt the parts that were encrypted with passcode. The FDE is not passcode dependent. -
@SwissHttp@marcan42 they didn't need a court order to dump data for investigation purposes, they used exploits. only needed if in court - Show replies
