@libcg SDMA ring test fails, dump the target buffer, see that 0 gets written instead of 0xdeadbeef... add more commands, now it writes 1...
@libcg then I realized that 1 was the length field of the packet after the original write packet, 4 dwords later in the buffer.

@libcg so I aligned the ring commands so there was no padding needed, then wrote a test value at the right offset, and it worked -
@libcg now I'm working around it by using a FILL command instead of WRITE, which works (it fills with a single dword but we only need one).
