If you install CM13 on top of an older factory ROM then it gets very confused because the vendor/baseband images don't match what it wants.

@marcan42 I guess you only have to flash-base.sh and then flash CM13, you can do this even before the very first boot of the device :)
@vitorgatti Not so sure - it complains about a vendor image mismatch too, and that's in flash-all.sh. Make sure you use a recent fastboot.

@vitorgatti Also, these days there's an "Allow OEM unlocking" thing in Developer Option that you have to flip before you fastboot oem unlock -
@marcan42 my current device is a N4 and I only tried flashing the N5, but never touched a 6 or newer. Sad that it's not simplified anymore!
